S&T Construction

S&T Construction was looking for a site to best reflect their comprehensive service offerings, service area, and portfolio. I started from the ground up on a new wordpress platform, custom design, and recommendations on a best-practice page sitemap that detail each service offering as well as landing pages for the towns they service.

SEO is an important part of most websites, however especially in competitive niches, which is part of the reason for the expanded page count. Within each page are OnSite and Technical SEO settings to ensure rapid and clear understanding for classic and AI based search engine processes. Within the same week of launch I observed Google’s AI Overviews quoting schema that was only on the new site. Within 30 days it was clear organic traffic was growing. All clear evidence of core best practices at work.

Yurts at Poncha Pass

This was a fun WordPress website redesign. Goals were to apply On-Site SEO settings to boost organic traffic opportunities + add a new WordPress plugin that would allow on-site rental yurt bookings + sync with the Airbnb calendar. Development was a success and launched in February 2024.

Note: I did not create the website logo (I am far from a graphic designer). I also regret to inform you that my accent has clearly taken on what I always thought was Canadian and Minnesotan of ending most sentences on an upnote. Enjoy!

Das Hauser Construction

OK I always look back on my websites and say I loved the creation process. But I do! One of the many reasons to work with kind people who do great work in the community, have a passion and expertise for what they do and who they interact with. It shines right into the website development phase. 

In this case I redesigned the DHC Construction site when they went through a rebrand. Das Hauser Construction is a new home and commercial builder in Salida, Co. Although they may be perhaps a ‘younger’ crew relative to the tenure of some building companies – the expertise, intelligence and unique project management approach in this dynamic group is quite impressive.

My favorite part of the project? Tough call but I would say it was helping assign fitting color and font choices, and giving DHC Construction the professional look they deserved online. It’s a classy yet modern design.
