Best Sales Funnel Platforms with Built In CRM System in 2024 - From a Site Designer & Funnel Builder's Perspective
Curious what the best sales funnel system is that also has a built in CRM system? I recently migrated a client’s site from the GoDaddy Website Builder to Systeme.io so I can tell you first hand the reasons why it was chosen, and what I liked about it too from a funnel-builder-and-marketing perspective.
The Best Sales Funnel Platform with CRM came down to these 2 top choices
It boiled down to budget and ensuring maximization of the platform’s inclusions, could they commit to using these inclisions during the next couple years, with their life bandwith and scope of business. Both were great choices, one offered more than the other and you paid for that.
The FG Funnels sales funnel platform and their tactics of supporting you as a client are really hard to match. Live Webinar hosting, Membership for recurring revenue, Sales Funnels and Funnel Design Templates, tagging and automation to support systematic communication flows (ie nurturing flows), Online Course Platform to share course content with your students, a basic Community page, Digital Download, Freebie/Opt In Sales Funnels, AND it can all tie into being your CRM system to manage all these prospects and clients/students/contacts – and send them tailored drip-style emails. You can integrate with Social Media in here. Its just so many options if anything its hard to wrap your mind around using them all. That is Ok too – just hire an expert to set it up for you. They truly want you to strive and do well, they are continually improving the offerings of their already awesome product to help your business, they have routine live support calls, and their Live Chat is incredible. They also have a built-in calendar booking program which is one of the features that sets FG Funnels apart from the next Sales Funnel option. However, there is of course a bit of a greater cost to going with a program that offers so much to help your business grow. To understand all that they offer take a look at their site and watch their intro video and you’ll get it.
Systeme.io is a really great competitor to FG Funnels. What sets Systeme.io apart is a couple elements. First – they offer a free plan. This plan has it’s limits of course but this could also be perfect for all you need to accomplish for one sales funnel. If you get into more than 1 sales funnel product then you will outgrow this quickly and can pay for the next level up, which at this time is $27/m.
Inclusions are Membership for recurring revenue, one-time purchases, Sales Funnels and (somewhat limited, but good) Funnel Design Templates, tagging and automation to support systematic communication flows (ie nurturing flows), it is an Online Course Platform so you can give access to course content with your students, a basic Community page, Digital Download, Freebie/Opt In Sales Funnels, AND it can all tie into being your CRM system to manage all these prospects and clients/students/contacts – and send them tailored drip-style emails. A couple things it does not do compared to FG Funnels is the built-in calendar booking (so you need to embed your own, and it will not integrate that client into your CRM system), and it does not have Live Webinar integration. You can however special set up an ‘evergreen webinar’ though.
Their support structure to you as a client is different. They do not have the awesome Live Chat, and they do not have any routine training webinars you can attend. You have to use their online knowledge base which is basic but usually effective. You can also use their email support ticket system and I usually receive a reply by the overnight/next day.
Ultimately my most recent client Lisa from Little Village Sleep ended up going with Systeme.io because it met all her needs and the pricepoint was right. She didnt need the additional inclusions that FG Funnels offered at this time.
At the time of writing this article BOTH platforms offer you free Migration services. Plan ahead for this, as their calendars may be full.
